Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods — without giving any reason.

This right is guaranteed under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673.

Withdrawal Deadline

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods. If delivered in multiple shipments, it starts from receipt of the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right

Email us before the 14-day period expires:

Include: full name, email used for the order, order number, items to return, dates of purchase and receipt.

You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.

Returning the Goods

Return goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the cost of return shipping. You are liable for diminished value from unnecessary handling.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom or personalised goods; sealed hygiene items unsealed after delivery.
