SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All prices listed on the YA|SAR Online Store are displayed in USD.
Processing Time
- Orders typically take 3β5 business days to process. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during holidays, limited-edition releases, or promotional periods.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Dispatch & Confirmation
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your parcelβs tracking details.
- Delivery within Indonesia typically arrives 3β5 business days after you receive the dispatch confirmation email.
- International deliveries (outside Indonesia) generally arrive within 5β7 business days, unless delayed by customs.
- We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
Restricted Shipping Destinations
- We do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Syria, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Yemen, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lebanon, Iran, North Korea, and Somalia.
Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)
- Orders shipped outside Indonesia are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
- All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- As customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for information on any potential fees prior to placing your order.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- YA|SAR is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes, or delays due to transfer from one carrier to another.
- If a package is lost by one of our carriers, we will work with you to resolve the issue; however, some circumstances may be outside our direct control.
Damage During Transit
- We take care to protect your products during transit. Should any damage occur, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a replacement of the damaged item(s).
- Once the carrier confirms delivery, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. If a package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and immediately contact us.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is unclaimed or refused upon delivery, and any additional fees are applied (e.g., return shipping costs, customs duties, or storage fees), you will be responsible for those extra costs. These charges will be deducted from any potential refund or charged separately.
