All sales through YA|SAR are considered final.
We do not offer returns or direct exchanges for non-defective items.
However, if you receive a faulty or defective item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase or 7 days after receiving the item(s) (whichever comes later), subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Return Shipping Costs:
- We will cover the cost of returns only if we have confirmed that the returned items are indeed faulty or defective.
- In such cases, our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
- If items are not found to be faulty after inspection, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- Right to Refuse: YA|SAR reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet our stated policy or to withhold the refund until the returned items are received and inspected.
