All sales through YA|SAR are considered final.

We do not offer returns or direct exchanges for non-defective items.

However, if you receive a faulty or defective item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase or 7 days after receiving the item(s) (whichever comes later), subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the cost of returns only if we have confirmed that the returned items are indeed faulty or defective.
  • In such cases, our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
  • If items are not found to be faulty after inspection, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
